Walk-Ins

We do welcome walk-ins but please be aware we can't guarantee an immediate session on walk-ins. If you are able to please call ahead or book on the website.,

Minmum Age

Untold Reality has a minimum age of 8 years old. This is due to health and safety reasons as well as making sure people have a fun time and get their money's worth.

Stations?

Stations are how we describe our areas of play. It's one station per person, including a safe area to play, a VR headset, and a PC.

Refunds

If for any reason you were not happy with your session please get in touch to see what we can do. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and welcome any feedback from a bad experience you may have.
